The need for Service and having Service Capabilities is of utmost importance in today’s Competitive Market. We have been working on for this for over half a year and finally we have been able to succeed. MILLENNIUM ENERGY GLOBAL, has finally entered into a Service tie-up. We have also deployed our trained Service Engineers and Technicians to ensure the work we undertake and execute is as per Customer expectation and OEM standards.
The total area of the workshop is 35,000 sq. meters, out of which 7,000 sq. meters is covered area comprising of workshop and offices.
The workshop has two bays with each bay having 2 X 10 ton overhead cranes.

Liquid ring vacuum packages and systems are disassembled or fiberscope inspected, and the cause of failure is determined. This enables us to provide you with information as to why the equipment failed, and to take corrective action and to determine the best time for overhauling.
We can train and educate the maintenance engineers about the working of the nash vacuum packages and systems. They can determine the condition of in-service equipment in order to predict maintenance schedule and take corrective measures of failure before they occur. Training can be arranged at customer site as well as our works in New Delhi.
We collect vibration analysis data onyour equipment in the field and establish a history to better prepare you for needed repairs before you tear down. Vibration analysis units can also be installed permanently on your equipments for around the clock charting. This is an important aspect with regards to all rotating equipments and alignment to be done correctly so that there is no vibration and the machine runs trouble free.
We offer fiberscope inspections of vacuum packages and systems during plant outages, plant operation or whenever possible. We can track the wear and tear and condition of the equipment without tearing down. This allows to anticipate needed repairs before the break down occurs. Planned maintenance will also allow for better managing the budget allocated for the shut-down and can easily plan the equipments which require overhaulling and servicing.
